Michael Grace (Eric Roberts), a famous choreographer, tends to sleep with his dancers and has three daughters with different mothers. A much better dance teacher than he is a father, he is in danger of losing his studio until one of his daughters steps in as studio manager. "Mad Men" director Lesli Linka Glatter directed the pilot, which has added Flody Suarez as an exec producer, joining Krista Vernoff and Carrie Ann Inaba.
