They are called in situations where other special services are powerless. It is in the "City" group that our heroes serve. They were recruited into the detachment from other special units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and the army. All of them have passed the most difficult selection and meet strict criteria: officer rank, perfect health, psychological stability, high intelligence, the ability to take responsibility and take initiative. Sometimes, in a matter of minutes, the heroes have to consider all options for solving a problem in order to choose the only right path and be sure to complete the task.
