After getting evicted from their airbnb, the Goons must retrace their steps in order to make sure all is right with the universe after a long night of partying. However, not everyone wants to see them win.
In the story, we follow Ricky, Geoff, and Larson, three young partiers who wake up on a beach after a wild night. Ricky confidently wakes up and discovers that Geoff is lying in the sand next to him. They quickly realize they're unsure of where they are and what happened. Upon returning to their messy house, they find the place in disarray, indicating a chaotic party. They encounter Larson, who is confused about his injured leg, leading to speculation about the night's events.
As they try to make sense of their state, they receive an angry call from Tammy, threatening to send her son Timmy after them for causing trouble. The situation escalates when they realize they need to evacuate immediately, so they take Bailey, another party guest, with them. The humor intensifies as they awkwardly shove her into the backseat of their car while squabbling over who sits where.
When they attempt to leave, Timmy confronts them with a baseball bat, demanding they step out of the car. Ricky, in a moment of bravado, drives the car into Timmy, knocking him down, and they speed off. They decide their adventure isn't over yet and contemplate what might have happened at the party. They plan to find other party attendees who might have answers.
Through a montage, they attempt to track down someone named Rohan via social media. Meanwhile, Rohan appears to be having a good time with two girls, Sally and Jan, who had also been at the party. When they finally confront them, it becomes clear they are unsure of what transpired either, but they give clues about Larson's leg injury and how the cops were called.
As the quest for answers continues, they stumble upon Gina, who seems to be in rough shape after the party. The trio realizes they need to step up, help her, and clean the mess they've created to avoid further consequences. They gather and agree to clean up their act, literally and figuratively, making a last-ditch effort to take responsibility for the chaos they've caused.
In the end, there's a sense of camaraderie among the group as they reflect on their chaotic but memorable experience.
