The film chronicles around teenagers Violet, Bob, William, Da Nerd, Toph, Simon and Adam as they struggle having been handed down control over an entire city and being stuck leading it by themselves. The gang, who take residence in the City Hall, go through misadventures as they try to handle running a city, and mayhem ensues when corporation CityControl Inc. takes over the city after being informed of its teenage leaders.
