The Goodman men are offset by Miriam Goodman, the family matriarch and the heart and soul of the family whose mission is to mend the relationship between Jackson and Willis as well as the relationship between Willis and his estranged wife, Yaël.The Goodman clan has been hired to hunt and eliminate high profile or influential targets, people who know too much, but they are not the only assassins hunting these targets, they are being played off against another contract killer, Bennet, by their mysterious employer, George Carter. Things escalate further when the Goodman family abducts Jimmy Phish, Carter's son, as part of an insurance policy against a double-cross.
Meanwhile, police captain Donovan and detective Philips, along with investigative reporter Rachael Burgess, are falling the trail of a pair of serial killers known only as the "Toledo Twosome". The stories intersect when Jackson Goodman attempts to take over the police department as a means of covering up the trail left behind by his sons.
Things take a turn for the worst when Bennet crosses a line with the family that can not be uncrossed, making both he, and Carter into targets for the Goodman clan, and caught in the middle of the chaos is Willis' wife, Yaël.
"Goodman & Goodman" is a slick thriller and a revenge movie built on the trope of a family of anti-heroes. With many adventurous turns, and ultimately we will learn that Goodman is not a very good man... and neither is Goodman.
