A Brazilian immigrant boy in Japan finds a strangely glowing blue Goldfish that turns out to be the spirit of a Chinese Princess who came to Japan long long ago. He and his friend Hanako have to take on the local Mayor and the Yakuza to save the fish and the town in a spectacular magical ending.
