Sarah Woodland returns in this animated drama. Sarah remembers her childhood in Coyote. Hot Fever spreads throughout the fictional town of Coyote, Arizona. Sarah and other children are hospitalized and must stay in the Children's Ward of the Hospital. When Sarah's teenage cousins (Belinda and Gary) visit Sarah, Sarah reveals that she accidentally left a prized possession at school.
