Battle-weary black beret Willie Bolo returns home to a city in the midst of war and his wife Celiece missing. Armed with only his elite skills, Bolo teams up with his old war buddy Mack to train and organize a civilian strike team to infiltrate the Los Angeles underground in search for their missing families.
