Vincent Marra is a Miami cop on medical leave in Puerto Rico, where he's being stalked by a sex offender he testified against. Vincent's girlfriend leaves him for a job as a "hostess" in an Atlantic City casino, then turns up dead. In Puerto Rico, a cabbie is also found dead. It's up to Vincent to travel to Atlantic City to see if there is a connection.—Jeff Olsen
