A limited series about the female experience in the world of comedy as performers and creators.

The idea for this project sprung from our experience as pioneers in the business before more than one woman at a time was given a seat at the table. We were the generation that stopped serving coffee and chose to speak our minds. It took more than half a century for women to go from comedy whisperers to comedy mavens. Drawing on our mutual lived experience, we began talking to other women who had made a similar journey.
