A metropolitan adventure in cinemascope.

An on the road film following Victor turns'n'rounds. Victor a fifty something year old metropolitan nomad and poet wanders with his scooter through borderline places in Rome. A lunch at a homeless shack under a bridge, a campaign for mayor at a flea market and a usual turned wild night at a bar are the plots/locations where the three stories of the film take place.
