After some counterfeit medicine is found, an Interpol agent searches for evidence against the prominent and powerful chairmen of medical companies.

During a raid, the Interpol agent Juliette Pribeau discovers counterfeit cancer medication addressed to German distributors. This kicks off an investigation of Gunther Kompalla, owner of a flourishing wholesaler.
