It follows Katherine, a Ghost of Christmas Present, as she helps one soul to rediscover his Christmas spirit, but this year has something unusual in store.

Nice Peter Baron is about to succeed his workaholic father Robert as CEO of the family firm. Yet he's the person assigned that year for 'scrooging' to a trio of Ghosts of Christmas: Past (Arlene), Future (Roy) and especially Present, insecure Katherine, who recognizes him as the one non-target that could see him the year before. They soon find Peter is no scrooge, rather his stingy father Robert, who hardly ever takes any time off and puts profit before everything, so maybe the task is to correct him, or prevent Peter following in his footsteps and turning scrooge. As both senior ghosts suspected, there's another matter, relating to the charity Robert's generous father devised, in honor of true love, with a vital link to Katherine.—KGF Vissers
