Julia Parker, a Native American storyteller and master basket weaver, has demonstrated her traditional skills in Yosemite valley for over fifty years. Orphaned and sent to Indian Boarding school at a young age, she has recently discovered her original tribal people and has returned to give them new knowledge that will help build their community.—Anonymous
