An adaptation of the comedy manga series "Tensai Bakabon" (Genius Bakabon, 1967-1976) by Fujio Akatsuka. The series focuses on the relationship between the mischievous boy Bakabon and his unnamed Papa (father). The father comes up with crazy plans about reaching seemingly easy goals, and then causes disasters while trying to follow these plans. He is an optimistic fool, expecting that everything will work out right.—Dimos I
