After falling prey to underworld, four friends jeopardize their personal lives with point of no return.

Four friends get together to start their career in crime, and extortion. They call themssevles G.A.N.G., which means G=Gangu; A=Abdul; N=Nihal Singh; and G=Gary Rozario. All four come from different cultural and religious backgrounds, but their roots are build on friendship and trust. They do succeed in their criminal goals, but Gangu is arrested and sentenced for five years. Before going to jail, he asks them to promise to go straight, to which they all agree. When Gangu is released, he is pleased to find that Abdul is now driving a taxi, his mother is well looked after, and that Nihal and Gary have also started doing business.
