A disgraced competitive kite-flyer returns to the sport to compete against his arch-rival in a major tournament.

In 1999, 8-year-old Rajbeer Saluja and his friends Arshad and Uday win the Kite competition, Hi-Fly. They keep dominating all the teams of Punjab until 2011, when Rajbeer loses to Harry due to distraction. He quits, dissolving their team Gabru Gang. Destiny intervenes, compelling Rajbeer to return to kite flying in 2019. HI-FLY is now national, with 29 teams competing. Gabru Gang must reunite to win. The twist: Rajbeer must defeat Harry, who beat him in 2011.
