When Recep and his fiancee, Ebru, set off to Recep's village, all they know is that they are on a family visit to share their marriage decision. Both come from different cultures. Ebru is the daughter of a mercenary family from Istanbul, and Recep is the son of a family living in one of the mountain villages of Anatolia.
