A Taiwanese family makes their way in America during the 1990s.

Loosely based on the life of Eddie Huang during the mid-to-late 1990s, an Asian-American family decides to move to Orlando, Florida from Washington D.C. in order to embrace the "American Dream," facing many obstacles as they try to assimilate with the new culture that surrounds them.

A cultural family travel overseas to begin and live new lives. Once they are there, they all are not prepared for the challenges and difficulties and issues that are there. They all do their best to fit in and build the best futures for their new family members and generations.—RECB3
