Summaries

This is a documentary of one strong human life. A 79 year-old Hiroshi who lives his loved life enjoying meeting people, traveling and music is totally immobile because of an incurable disease that he developed about 30 years ago. Now he does not even have facial expression and only communicates with people by moving his eyeballs. As the disease still keeps progressing, a challenge faces Hiroshi and his family, what they would do when he lost his ability of eye movement and became no longer communicable in any way, which seems becoming reality not so far. Will he choose to die or keep living? A director of this film recorded the family for five years and captured what a human life itself is.—Anonymous
