Follow Your Hart is a modern version of an ancient tale of a hero who follows a stag, also known as a 'hart' into the woods only to get lost. The hero comes upon a hermit, a wise man, who having seen many heroes before, has insights into the hero. This modern day quest documents the journey of our heroine, Nova Scotia surgeon Virginia Calverley, who received a Mayan birth chart reading four months ago that revealed a block deep inside her. Ginny has tried and cannot figure out what this block is. She returns to Mexico for three initiations set-up by wise man, Mayan Master Teacher, Miguel Angel Vergara Calleros.
