A British military transport plane makes an emergency landing on Sado Island. The residents on the island take care of the crew members until the plane can take off once again despite knowing that Britishers are their enemies.

Sister Ann - a British Royal Air Force transport plane is forced to land near the tiny village of Takachi on Sado Island (in Japan) due to bad weather. It has been only 5 months since the end of World War II between both countries, so the islanders are scared and have variety of mixed feelings in their mind due to the landing of their former enemy plane. Yet everyone (especially the Mayor and the Police Chief), decides to follow and set a new future (filled with peace and hope) for the upcoming generation by providing the unknown guests with food, staying facility (at their inn) and helping them to fly again with utmost friendliness, respect and hospitality.—The Simple Boy
