The town of Shadowhawk is overrun by zombies when it gets caught in a war between two mysterious brothers. One of the brothers has sold the townsfolk his "magical elixir" promising them immortality. In the late 1800s, a small town in the mountains of North Carolina gets caught in a vicious battle between two brothers. One is the leader of a mysterious group of people that lives deep in the woods and guard the secret of a lake that makes people immortal but also gives them an unending craving for living flesh. The other is a snake oil salesman who has been traveling from town to town selling bottles of the water from the lake so he can raise his own army of the undead to defeat his brother and take back what he believes is rightfully his. The final battle takes place in the small town of Shadow Hawk. The sheriff's daughter Lily may be their only hope to stop the madness that has enveloped the town. The question is will she be strong enough or will she end up joining them to save her family.
