Taylor, age 15, is enjoying a day at the beach with Billy, his 6 year old cousin. Taylor gets distracted while he is on the phone with friends. When Taylor turns around he finds that Billy has disappeared from sight. Taylor realizes that he has made a huge blunder and he thinks that Billy went into the ocean and may be drowned.
