Synopsis

A girl calls a boy, who is watching Green Zombie. The boy offers to take a shower, but the girl says wait for me to come over. He ignores her and get in shower anyway. A hooded figure with a knife shows up, but it is a fake out. Electricity goes off. He looks around. Angela shows up. They banter. Knife figure returns. He wakes up. It was all a dream. We later learn he is Angela's boyfriend Charlie and Angela is from the elite of the are and Charlie is not.Doug and stylish woman Kristen drive up to a gate. Woman says this is site of her new business venture, starting tonight. They drive up to Palermo estate, which Kristen says was the site of a family slaying in 1995. Kristen says she is throwing a party for Angela tonight...and insists Doug invites Angela. Julian and Patrick, Brett and Steve are coming. Everybody will be okay once Kristen buries the hatchet with her sister, Angela.Three guys show up in a black SUV near the property. (Earl. Bud. Cosmo) The blond says he has a gripe with Kristen Mitchel, because their rick family closed down the mill and put his dad out of business. They check their cell phones and say watch up for people showing up.Patrick (Bradley Stryker) and Julie show up carrying plastic skeletons and say why are we doing this.They dis Charlie and say he saw the family slaughter as a child and was damaged by it.Earl calls his friend and says he hears something in the woods. His throat is slit by a masked man. Cosmo calls and says 2 guys just pulled up. They are Brett (Michael Lutz) and Steve and they are there to play act. Cosmo is throat slit in the woods.Angela and her boyfriend show up. She is dressed to the nines. He seems off and unaware of where they are. No one is at the party. They jump out and say surprise! The party is for Angela to reunite with her sister and her old friends. Angela is touched. Charlie needs a beer. Suddenly, the who party watches as Steve is stabbed in the back by a hooded figure.Angela and Charlie leaves the room. Steve gets up. The knife was an act. The goal is the play is to get rid of Charlie. Kristen tells the rest of the plan, which is to split up. Charlie insists he needs to leave and stay out of the house. Kristen introduces the killer, actor Wallace Simon, to the group. She gives him a different knife. He goes to an outbuilding where he sees another figure dressed like him. He is killed by the other figure.Angela walks in and catches Steve answering his phone, clearly alive. The cool kids explain it is just practice for murder mystery weekend.The final of the threesome is stabbed.Angela and Doug talk. They were an item. Angela says Charlie is messed up by nightmares and can't perform at work on in bed. Steve is killed.Patrick (Bradley Stryker) and Julie start to make out and undress in another building. They are separately stabbed, Patrick in his underwear.The blond confronts a scarecrow dressed like the killer, but then is also stabbed.Angela and Chris Boyd discover Charlie hiding in the basement. Chris confesses the real plan. Charlie discusses his parents murder.Kristen knows about you and I, says Chris Boyd to Charlie. They were maybe also an item.Angela finds Patrick in underwear covered in blood. She thinks it is an act. Doug is garroted in the car while trying to call Patrick. Angela finally realizes this is real and is immediately tackled by the stabber. She manages to get away. Kristen confronts Angela and Charlie and accuses Charlie of being the stabber. Charlie tries to stab Kristen, but Angela gets in the way and is accidentally killed.It is just Kristen and Charlie left. Kristen said she manipulated the whole evening so that Charlie would kill them and take the money. But, Angela's stabbing was fake, and she kills Kristen.Charlie and Angela survive. They discuss the evening and Charlie implies Kristen committed all the stabbings. But the movie ends on a mysterious note and it is unclear who is the real killer.
