Phil the Demon returns, this time to grant the wish of a lonely teenage girl, named Lori, who lacks the looks and voluptuous bosoms of her girlfriends. But as always, there is a price to pay for Lori's good looks and this time Phil as the vampire Razor McBleed along for the ride.—Larry B.
