Thomas and Stéphane are happy as lovers but feel that they need to adopt a child to make their lives more complete.

As they are gay, Thomas and Stéphane cannot have children. But they love each other and their happiness would be perfect only if they could raise a little one. After failing to adopt a child in Martinique, they decide to hire a surrogate mother. Carole, a very pretty woman, agrees to bear their baby but only through "natural reproductive methods".
