Bashaar, a gift delivery worker, enters the VR world of FANZO, befriends the Fanzo gang, and faces the villain Dajoor. When Dajoor escapes into reality, Bashaar, with his sister Zainah, must stop him and protect their new friends.
Bashaar, a cheerful gift delivery employee at Daboob, loves finding the perfect gifts for customers. One day, a new VR arcade game, FANZO, arrives at his workplace, becoming the latest trend. Curious, Bashaar plays the game and gets transported into the FANZO world, meeting the Fanzo gang-Markesha (Wanoosa), Brittany (Soola), Dash (Sarro'o), and Ned (Shaqoof)-who give them a crystal to introduce themselves. They explore the virtual world but are soon chased by the villain Dajoor.
Meanwhile, Bashaar's sister Zainah is impatient with him for neglecting his promise to take her to the cinema. During a dinner invitation with a security guard at Shrimpy restaurant, Bashaar can't stop thinking about the arcade game. Zainah, unhappy with her brother, orders her meal from Talabat and watches as Bashaar wins the game on hard mode, causing a glitch. The Fanzo gang asks Bashaar to help them escape the game, as Dajoor becomes a real threat.
Bashaar and Zainah take the gang home, where the gang is amazed by the real world. They must act like statues to avoid being seen by others, especially Zainah, who discovers them after Dash has an accident in the fish pool. Zainah promises to protect them from Dajoor, who has also escaped the game.
At the Avenues Mall, Dajoor frightens people and decides to blend in by dressing like a modern Kuwaiti. Back home, Bashaar and Zainah help the gang adjust to the real world. They have a close encounter with Dajoor at Hawally Park during Zainah's talent show, leading to a chaotic chase. The gang realizes they were wrong to leave Bashaar's house.
Bashaar and Zainah attempt to report Dajoor to the police, but they are dismissed as crazy. The game developer argues with Dajoor which leads to a battle between the two. However, UNO, Daijoor's so-called partner, befriends the gang and helps them escape after Dajoor upgrades himself to a more dangerous form.
As Bashaar and Zainah prepare a meal for the gang, they post a video online, missing their new friends. The gang returns home, and Bashaar grounds them for sneaking out, but they sing about friendship until Bashaar is satisfied. They enjoy a day at the 360 Mall theme park, unaware that Dajoor and UNO are plotting to capture them. Dajoor and UNO break into Bashaar's house, causing a mess. Bashaar sets up CCTV cameras for security.
Dajoor infiltrates the house, capturing the gang and tying up Zainah. Bashaar arrives at Daboob to save them but struggles against the unbeatable Dajoor. The Daboob mascot intervenes, defeating Dajoor and returning him to the arcade. The Fanzo gang thanks Bashaar and Zainah, and they all live happily together. The End.
