Vijay helps the poor and robs the rich, while Ajay is assigned the job to bring Vijay to justice. Thirsty for each other's blood, both men are unaware that they are brothers separated at a young age.

In order to help the poor and needy; Vijay alias Fakira rob a gang leader, Chimanlal on multiple occasions of his cash and smuggled goods. This makes him a target of the police and Chimanlal himself; Chimanlal hires a man name Toofan to either capture Fakira or bring his dead body. Young brothers Vijay and Ajay watch helplessly as their shanty house burns down with their father and ailing mother unable to escape from the flames. One day he comes to the aid of a damsel in distress, Geeta, and takes her to their hideout, subsequently both fall in love, and get married quietly. Then criminal don, Chimanbhai, perturbed by Fakira's thefts, recruits a hit-man named Toofan to abduct or possibly kill Fakira by any and all means. Fakira unknowingly befriends Toofan.
