Orphaned at birth in Oklahoma, Faith Masters is shocked to learn that she actually has a father - and he's alive and well and living in Los Angeles. She decides to make the pilgrimage from the Bible Belt to sunny Southern California to find him. If the meeting goes well, she may get answers to some of the questions about who she really is and where she really comes from. Of course, she may not like those answers...or the people who provide them.
