On March 7, 1974, student Lennart Höglund met Thomas Quick in a bar in Uppsala, Sweden. After a couple of drinks they took off to Höglunds studio apartment on Skolgatan 55 A. There Höglund was attacked by Quick, who stabbed him 12 times in his torso, before he fled the apartment and disappeared.
