Her teen-aged son Jason gets bullied at school, her boss Daryl harasses her all the time, and she still can't make ends meet. One night a stranger named Steph strides into the bar and challenges Marni to a game of pool. Marni falls for Steph, wowed by Steph's pool skill and tough-girl persona.
