One dark room. Two bound strangers. And, a whole lot of blood.

While attempting to change a flat tire on his van in a dimly lit parking lot, a man is brutally attacked from behind and injected in the neck with a hypodermic needle. Hours later, the man regains consciousness and finds himself inside a small dark room shackled to the floor with both wrists slashed just a few feet away from a complete stranger in the exact same predicament.
