Based on the legend of King Arthur and his sword, Excalibur, a boy finds himself ensnared in an evil witch's plan to prevent Arthur from claiming his birthright. He and Merlin must stop her efforts to assure Arthur's ascent to the throne.

Zack doesn't have your ordinary adolescent problems. Transported back in time to medieval England, he lands in the middle of a vicious battle between an evil witch and Merlin, the master sorcerer, for control of Arthur's kingdom.
