Three motorbike racers, a tour guide, and a Japanese tourist named Sachiko (Sora Aoi) coincidentally meet in a hospital after involved in accidents. As soon as they reach there, they feel strange things happening in the hospital.

Three young teens, Jack (Ricky Harun), Tando (Zidni Adam) and Shelly (Violenzia Jeanette) like to race motorcycles on the road, until one night Shelly has an accident. The two companions immediately brought her to the nearest hospital. While waiting for Shelly in care, they meet Sachiko (Sola Aoi) who is ushered by tour guide Cakil (Marcel Darwin). But the hospital was not an ordinary one. They soon find many strange and terrible things they never expected.—Johnny D
