Not only does this show encourage exercise, but the hosts also encourage their audience to relax and eat well. In fact, at the end of each episode, they recite a secret password: "Word of kiwi, eat all your fruit, look for the zucchini that zooms around in a bikini". In addition, the setting in which Pélo and Chloé exercise is made up of fruits and vegetables.
