After the Race is about how a race and training for that race has impacted the athlete's life. It is a snapshot into the world of recovery and health following a very intense, high endurance race. The athlete will have a chance to meet with a Medical Professional and discuss how to take care of their body in the future and how racing has already impacted their lives.
