Synopsis

Ethan is a workaholic mortgage broker who has developed a case of the white collar doldrums. After his recent split with his fiance he seeks to rekindle his relationship with his childhood best friend Brick, an Army Veteran and former football star who has retreated into isolation in a cabin in the wilderness.

While catching up over some beers on a deck overlooking a stunning lake, they spot a silver spherical craft coming toward them. Brick, a trained soldier, instinctively fires upon it. As the sun dips below the mountains they spot an eerie glow coming from the forest. They go to investigate in the woods and soon come upon a downed craft. A creature emerges from the ship but amidst the smoke and bright lights it appears ominous and threatening. Brick again reaches for his gun but this time Ethan stays his hand. The Alien removes it's helmet but instead of something hideous it's a beautiful, almost angelic, woman with pointy ears and long billowing hair. They both fall in love with her at first sight. No sooner have they shepherded her back to the cabin than a dark SUV containing two shadowy and sinister government officials appear on the scene and begin to track them in a dangerous cat and mouse game as they seek to return Eve to her mothership.

In the process they learn the true nature of the two factions struggling for control over the ancient world we call Earth. Ultimately Ethan discovers his true self and his destiny amidst space battles, otherworldly heroes and a secret that threatens the stability of the galaxy itself.
