Walla Walla, Washington is a small town in transition. A burgeoning wine industry is challenging Walla Walla's working class roots, straining the citizens and the local infrastructure. One of the systems in peril is Walla Walla Valley Transit, the state's fifth largest bus system, and a critical resource for locals and tourists alike.
