Flora Sørensen is a and cheerful little Copenhagen girl. It is her big dream to become a journalist.

Flora lives in a boarding house in the inner city - a fresh Copenhagen girl with a burning dream: She wants to be a journalist. Accompanied by loud gramophone music, the typewriter chats until late at night. But selling stories to the busy press is not easy, and Flora has only one last idea that can secure the rent: An interview with shipowner Olivarius, who has bought an expensive Chinese statuette. But nothing turns out as Flora expects, and soon she's on the hunt for a dramatic robbery story and - not least - in love with the suspected thief. Marguerite Viby in a romantic big city comedy full of confusion and intricate infatuation.—Nordiskfilmplus
