On the same day Jimmy Collins is released from prison, he discovers that he has a remarkable psychic-ability. He gets visions when he touches people or their belongings. He sees what they see and feels what they feel. His main goal is to rebuild the relationship with his daughter Amy who lives with his ex-wife and her new husband. Jimmy gets out of prison to find that he gets visions when he touches people. He thinks he's going nuts, until he sees a girls murder. He realises that these visions are real and tries to help the police find the murderer. At first they think he did it, until another girl turns up dead. Then they think he's nuts and finally once they have no leads left, they eventually turn to him for help.
