Summaries

El Rayo takes a look at the beautiful countryside of Colombia as Muralist Ana Uribe returns home to visit her family in Antioquia. While there, it bares witness to the day to day activities that keep the country's economy going, like ranching and farming, and examines the struggle the area faced when disease forced it to switch from producing coffee to producing oranges. Throughout this journey Ana recalls moments from her childhood and her life there in general, including why she felt the need to leave Colombia in the first place, and why she was happy to eventually return and see her beloved homeland.—Anonymous
