Nawal is a singer in a touring band. She admires Dr. Midhat, and tries to gain his admiration, but she is afraid of rejection due to the nature of her work. She is forced to pretend to him that she is a teacher, but with time he discovers her true profession, which pushes him more to cling to her and marry her. Their relationship is put to a real test when a friend of hers is accused of a murder of which he is innocent.—Anonymous
