Julie Van den Steen, Sean Dhondt, Laura Tesoro, Niels Albert en Bart Kaëll are 5 famous Belgium poeple. They change their spot in the spotlight to working as a nurse. In the beginning they follow a 2-day course to become a nurse. Then they have to do an internship. They're sepparated from eachother and work at different healthcare departments during 3 weeks. At the end there wil be an exam.
