A liver cancer specialist, Han Myeong-joo, who no longer believes in miracles after losing a patient, is called to a village to find a patient she misdiagnosed. The patient, thought to be terminally ill, may not have cancer at all and could be preparing a lawsuit. However, the village is unusually religious, and the boy she believes is the patient denies it. What will happen to her?
