Young smuggler Koi Lah (Wai Wo To) battles his way up from the gutter until he witnesses a compromising incident involving the local mob boss. He decides to go straight and immediately tells what he knows to the police. Meanwhile the mob boss sends a team of merciless hit men to kill him.
