Grim Reaper spent 30 years in Prison for a Crime he did not commit, when he was released he wanted to achieve his dream job which is to become a high level Police Officer which came to a struggle because of his incomplete criminal record.
Grim Reaper is a County Civilian that wants to move to the Downtown part of Los Santos to achieve his dream of becoming a Police Officer. This becomes extremely hard for Grim as his old criminal friends setup him which sent him to Prison for 30 Years for a Robbery he did not commit. When Grim gets the opportunity of a life time, he re-apply's to Downtown Police Department and gets accepted but he knew he had a choice to make were it was his old friends, or the force that he was working for his entire life.
In the Opening Scene of Downtown, Trevor Phillips, Tiffany Phillips, Frazer Webb, and Marcel Fry cause a huge dent in the film for Grim Reaper as they robbed one of banks in Paleto Bay with a score of over 1.5 Million Stolen Dollars. Which during the Scene, Tiffany Phillips brings up one of the major plot twists in the film saying "I can't believe your best friend Grim Reaper did not show up to help us in this score" and Tiffany's Brother Trevor replies saying "His fault not ours he is the idiot that wants a different career in this f***ing world but no worries this whole heist will be planted in his hands not ours." which is basically stating Grim Reaper's future career he thought of having will be harder to achieve, and will have to spend time in prison due to lack of evidence that he was there..
In the Middle of the Film, Grim Reaper goes on a trip back to where he started in Grapeseed and comes across his old buddies Trevor and Tiffany Phillips and they start to get into an Argument as he been gone working for the Downtown Los Santos Police Department and he ditched the team, left everything they had like there friendship.
