Documentary series about the pressure of the authorities on the judicial system in Serbia.

Episode 1: "(Un)grounded detention" - pays attention to the fact that in Serbia, around 20,000 days or 54 years of ungrounded detention are imposed annually, and the state, i.e. its citizens, pay 1.5 million euros each year. The presumption of innocence is too often replaced by the presumption of guilt in the judicial system, the media, and society as a whole. Episode2 : "In the absence of evidence" - raises the question of whether there is room for the presumption of innocence in a society where, judging by the number of affairs, there are no innocents. This is all the more so, as it turns out that many cases presented as "the highest degree of crime" ended in acquittals due to the abandonment of the indictment, statute of limitations or "lack of evidence". On the other hand, many affairs never end up in court, cases are "kept in a drawer" and people are "in their hands", they are actualized according to need and interests and often turn into a media frenzy, which results in the creation of a halo of guilt that destroys careers and people's lives. Episode 3: "Court of the Seventh Force" - talks about the fact that in the last two decades all authorities have sworn to fight against crime and corruption, but that it is most often and fiercely conducted through the media, which took on the role of spokespersons for political and interest groups, as well as judges . The presumption of innocence, as well as the Code of Journalists, is violated on a daily basis.
