Epaminondas, a simple man, accidentally lands a job as the interpreter in a rural hotel and catches the eye of a renowned physician. Can Doctor Epaminondas lend him a hand in the name of love?

In search of a new interpreter, instead, the owner of a small rural hotel ends up with Epaminondas; a simple and naive man whom, after a misunderstanding, the desperate hotelier thinks that he is cut out for the job. Of course, innocent Epaminondas can't speak a word in English, or any other language apart from Greek; however, he has caught the attention of the renowned physician, Doctor Chelmis, who enlists his help so that he can spend the rest of his vacation without worrying about prying reporters. Now, as Epaminondas poses as the respected medical practitioner, the real doctor can verify whether beautiful Kakia is truly in love with him, or she only wants him for his money.
