Two students, separated in time, are somehow able to talk to each other using amateur radio, one in 1979 and the other in 2000.
A girl ends up acquiring an ham radio,involuntarily. One night, someone contacts her through the radio and disponibilizes to teach her the ins and outs of the radio. Later on, they discover that they may not be living on the same year, let alone same decade. She lives in 1979, during a tumultuos period in Korea and he lives in the year 2000.
